Part 2. Everyone's kind words and support is very much appreciated in my search for justice.
Dear friends. I have had an extremely stressful and traumatic couple of days. On Sunday afternoon I was involved in a incident with a Vigilante after painting this wall in Yarraville. A man aggressively tailgated me and my passengers @askulloffoxes and @twiggyhunter . I made multiple U-turns trying to disengage from the situation and Zheani wound down her window and pleaded for the man to stop following us, to which he replied something angrily about graffiti.
We where all anxious and I decided to pull over the car feeling unsafe to continue driving. I exited my vehicle and the man wound down his window, I leant in and confronted him about following us. At this point he panicked, grabbed my arm and stepped on the gas of his Jaguar. I was dragged at high speed for 700meters while desperately pleading for the man to pull over.
At this point a witness overtook the man and forced him from the road. I managed to free myself and collapsed. I was than taken to the Emergency to be checked and treated for injuries.
The police have still not interviewed me. They have refused to take evidence and have failed to adequately investigate. They claimed they had scoured the scene and found no footage. After reaching out to the media a Journalist from 9news managed to find CCTV footage in less than an hour.
I am lucky to be alive and I am calling out for the art communities support to get justice and set a precedent.
Thank you to everyone that has already reached out.

I am excited to announce my Solo exhibition "New Meaning" opening December 14th at Melbourne's @besserspace . For the first time in my life I am putting on a show completely Independently giving people the chance to get my new series of work directly through me.
In light of recent events a part of me nearly cancelled this exhibition. However I finally decided to go ahead with it despite the stress of my current situation.
If you are interested in receiving a catalogue prior to the opening please email a request to me at [email protected]

🌑 I've been wandering the streets at night again.
Working on new paintings for an exhibition late this year in Melbourne. More details soon 💞
I was raised militant atheist but nothing has ever fascinated me more that mythology and religion. I believe myths are instinctually created by the human mind as a kind of software in order to help guide us through the world and make us aspire to collective ideals.
In the absence of religion the instinct to cling to ideals is just as active, but rather than venerating the transcendent, we instead worship the various isms just as blindly.
What bothers me most is the contemporary trend of criticism, dissecting and deconstructing everything from Art to the sacred relationship between men and women. Our current myth is one that pulls apart, that finds fault, it levels people rather than inspiring humanity up.
I was raised to be critical, but now I think there is more value in the search for value than in criticism.
filling me with inspiration and love. 💞
