"The last winter"(Churchill, Manitoba🇨🇦). My latest wall painted in Churchill, Manitoba, named as "The polar bear capital of the world". Churchill is the most remote place I ever painted. I had on this the support of @seawalls_ Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans and @pangeaseed Foundation. I feel incredible sensations in this place where the nature hits you in the heart❤️. ###"The last winter". The growing melting of the Arctic, caused by global warming, threatens the survival of polar bears.
Polar bears need ice to walk, hunt and breastfeed their young. If there is no ice there is no rest, no food, and death begins to persecute them.
The melting of the blocks forces them to swim for hundreds of miles, which poses a great risk to the puppies.
This mural represents the forced journey of a family of bears and belugas in their last winter on earth. The cub grabs its treasured iceberg treasure, which helps it escape from the human impact on earth.
Thanks to PangeaSeed Foundation , Sea Walls: Artists for Oceans for doing real this great program in Churchill, Manitoba presented in collaboration with @travelmanitoba and @kalbarteski .
