Well I tried to get a pic of my boys covered in paint but it was impossible to do with this one in my arms. It was nice to chill and watch my daughter share food with me. Last week she started taking the bottle and solid food for the first time and I'm glad I was the one to experience it with her first. With my boys I felt as if time moved so slow but I think being so busy with projects and two crazy sons it's hard to focus on my daughter but I'm trying. I had a conversation with a friend the other day and they asked me if I feel that I have to wear two hats, being an artist and father. And the first response was no I see it all as one thing and I purposely allow each role to play into each other. I also added how spending all this time raising my kids has allowed me to see the world at a different perspective which I'm now applying to my own work. It's a huge risk choosing to raise our kids by ourselves (my wife and I) but I truly feel it will all pay off in the end. I better get some sleep gotta get up in four hours. ✊🏽💂🏼
Three on one. Today marks my first day watching all my kids by myself. Someone help me now! Ha just kidding I got this. But I still have no idea how my wife manages to handle them all and do art projects so I decided to try one myself. Will show you the results later. Haha.

What game? Didn't see one second of the game today decided to walk around the neighborhood casing kids and catching up with my old college buddy. Met this guy back in sept 2001 when CCA(C) figured we would be good roommates. We went from sitting on the steps of the Webster Hall dorms in Oakland thinking how in the hell we would make it as artists. Now here we are 15 years later sitting on steps thinking how the hell we gonna make it with kids. Haha. Feels good to still be great friends having kids a month apart in age. Good times coño @ernestoburgos ✊🏽💂🏼
Studio hustle with @patrick_martinez_studio. Thanks again for hooking me up with a place to paint today. Always appreciate the support. ✊🏽💂🏼
Surrounded by hard working individuals today. @aschoultz always good to see you man. Keep up the great work. ✊🏽💂🏼
Four hours later. Sleep deprivation causes increased brain stimulation (sort of). Time to head back home. ✌🏽️💂🏼✈️
El Lay bound off two hours of sleep. Awesome night. ✊🏽💂🏼
Work by Nery Gabriel Lemus for @macla_sanjose. Crazy to think at one time I was actually cutting about 30 heads a week (Fresno days) and considered making a career out of it before going to college. I still remember going to a party and one person who I didn't know was like "I know who you are you're Aaron the barber" haha.
