These kids know their cars. Even if they need some TLC.
Okay so I jumped the gun earlier and got yelled at by @stephaniejung who said I should have used better photos. Here are a few more pics of the red envelopes that you can get your hands on at @chinohk. As of now these are ONLY available in Hong Kong but you are welcome to ask someone on Craigslist to get them for you like @lil_bian did (see last image) haha. 📷by @stephaniejung.
Brought my little one to see this piece I did back when she was just a twinkle in her mothers eye. I haven't revisited this piece since I painted it back in 2011 glad it's still in tact considering the house was sold a couple years ago. Shoutout to the new owners for wanting to keep it. Located at 285 St. Charles in SF. ✊🏽🙏🏽✊🏽
hard work. I received an email the other day in regards to seeing if I was able to help out a family owned business here in SF that was a victim to a fire. @papenhausenhardware (32 west portal ave) had to close and board up the front of the store during the repairs. We had a meeting and I asked if they could create a nice surface to paint on. Well within 24 hours their team worked until 1:30 in the morning today to prep this surface. The reason being that if all goes as planned we have a awesome idea in mind when it comes time to take the project down and they open their doors for business. Stay tuned and much love to those of you who came by and said hello. Thank you to Matt and Karl for the hard work and to your families for putting up with our crazy schedules.
Respect the hustle. IG meet artist Jaz Cameron. If you live in SF and have some time head over to 2nd and Mission and support a living artist. He's taking donations for $5 and up on his paintings and I was lucky enough to paint and chop it up with him for a few minutes on my way to another project. This was my first time meeting him and we found out we have one thing in common we both migrated here from Los Angeles. He doesn't have social media so I told him I would try my best to help spread the word. If you buy something from him please DM me a pic and I will be sure to hook you up with something I made myself. Thank you in advance. ✊🏽
twin day at school. my third time dressing my boys the same way in past five years. told my trio to pose for the camera but my little one is currently under the weather and wasn't feelin it. Get well soon mija.
parking lot pimpin'. a portion of a 400 yard wide project with @r_o_n_e from back in the day (2014) in IG years haha. Located in Playa Vista, CA. @__acido__ thank you for the dope 📷!
Lightweight. I stopped using shadows in my paintings back in 2005. I felt that if my work was going to consist of shadows it was going to be caused by the structures I create with my own work. At the time I had no idea how to take my work from a painting to 3D so I used this as a way to push myself to start building things that consisted of depth and it made me look at the flat paintings I was making differently. Well after a twelve years I hit the pause button and I'm happy at the result on this piece.
"Who's that peekin through my window?". A friend of mine asked if I had painted someone's wall in here in SF. I said nope. He said are you sure because I know it's your work I'm gonna take a pic and show you if I can get a good pic they live on the second floor of a building I walk by. Not sure if you remember but this piece but it was one that I had given away a few weeks back. I guess I have some creeper friends. Haha.
forever young. Yesterday we celebrated my boys 5th birthday but I think my daughter stole the show. Hahah.
