A little something I did for @undoordinary_ magazine. Repost via @esymai
I will never forget the day I built up the courage to ask someone I looked up to for an autograph. The first time I was about 6 years old and had my skate deck signed by lance mountain, natas and tony halk. The second time was around 2004 with artist Seen walking on Haight St. here in SF. They were both moments I will never forget those moments both positive and made me feel as if I could be in their shoes one day. As an artist we have to remember that these people (kids and grown ups) who go out of their way to walk up to us, take off work, or drop everything they are doing to say "hello" in person is a big deal to them. Yes we are busy when working and not always in the best moods due to the current situation that might be going on but if I can stop for a second and engage in a real conversation with you I will try my best. Public speaking is one of the biggest fears people have so as an artist if ignoring the public is your thing that's all good, and as a supporter you have to me mindful of that too talking to people isn't for all of us. @limfuego thanks for taking the time to say hello and creating this little vid of your @powwowlongbeach experience. My ✌🏽️cents.
This is what perfect looks like. New work by @brendantheblob you are a genius my friend.
