I remember my first time being on the line. Being really comfortable being PM prep, Chef told me they needed extra hands.Shiiiiiiiiet, I got my ass handed to me on a Steelite share plate. Oysters on bone marrow with sweet bread, and Endless dynamites, Braising short ribs for tsukemen, it was loling non-stop. Migrant popped my cherry. To this day, I still love the industry, never will stop. This lol still gives me a boner.
Happy birthday Marvin. Continue to pull through tough times and pushing out good food and great times with that passion and heart that you already possess. You'll be one of the greatest, cuz you're already showing and proving what it takes. I still take notes on your good work ethic, keep plummeting and keep constantly killing. Love you @marvalasss
